This bouquet was absolutely beautiful! I don’t have a favorite flower, but truly appreciate all the varieties that God has created. This bouquet reflected that.
Each flower was so fresh, even the pussy willows added the beauty. My grandsons made my day.

The flowers are ALWAYS BEAUTIFUL! Sometimes when transporting them they would fall over in my vehicle. Now however they have a cardboard base that keeps them upright with NO spills, HOORAY!!!! Good job Twin Lakes Floral! Keep up the good work.

Ordered flowers that were wired to this shop for a funeral.was totally disappointed with what was sent. About 1/2 the size as what the greenhouse showed me. They were for a man and where supposed to wildflowers. Sunflower not roses. Will not ever use them again

Good Morning Heather, we are sorry that you were not happy with the arrangement we sent. We followed the instructions from the sending shop which were minimal and did not mention the addition of sunflowers or the omission of any roses or any special directions on shape or size. We did follow up with the sending shop and was informed they had spoken to you and explained the situation. While we aim to please every customer it is imperative we have all the details and expectations to meet said expectations. We do hope we can be of service again in the future.

I stopped in to pick up a sympathy gift for a friend. The selection of sympathy gifts was great. There were many items to chose from. I ended up getting a windchime and also purchased a beautiful spring wreath for my front door. All the artificial flower arrangements are wonderful. I recommend Twin Lakes Floral for all your gift giving needs.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful! Their service was excellent. I received a call because a substitution was needed, due to delivery issues (weather related) and wanted to make sure I was ok with what they had chosen. I really appreciate good customer service. They are the only floral shop I will use!

I may not have selected the color combination the designer did, but the recipient was pleased... and that's worth everything. Also, the arrangement was delivered on time, as ordered. Other shops are not as dependable.
